Puppy TrainingHouse training, socialization, address mouthing/biting, basic commands such as sit, down, come, loose leash walking, good manners, etc. We can also provide the opportunity for your puppy to practice around our dogs.

Dog Obedience TrainingDogs of any age can learn new behaviors. Train your dog to respond reliably to commands including come when called, sit, down, settle, heel, wait, off, take it, leave it and more.

Tricks/Clicker TrainingTrick lessons are also available in your home if your dog can sit/stay. Tricks are an excellent way to improve communication and strengthen the bond between owner and dog. Dogs love to learn especially when they can be successful!

MethodsOur trainer uses a contemporary, science-based approach that is adapted to each pet and owner's needs. She shows dog owners how to train new behaviors using positive reinforcement by using treats, toys and other things the dog enjoys. You will learn various ways to reward desired behavior so you will not be reliant on treats to have a well-mannered dog.
Terry also emphasizes educating owners on non-confrontational ways to establish a healthy, leadership relationship with their pet and how to create a home environment that is conducive to a calm, happy pet. |
